Due to our increasing workload, we need talented architects with job running experience or those with the ability to progress into this role:
- Ability to work at all RIBA stages.
- Ideally candidates will have excellent design skills.
- Experience of preparing planning applications.
- UK technical/construction experience, an understanding of UK building regulations and the ability to produce quality technical and production drawings.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Good/advanced knowledge of Vectorworks or Revit, SketchUp and hand drawing.

We are seeking experienced candidates for the full-time position of Project Architect with the following job responsibilites:
- Report to the Project Manager responsible for the individual project.
- Implement the design direction, develop technical drawings and specifications, and direct the overall project schedule and budget.
- Supervise, direct and properly sequence the activities of a project team, including all design disciplines/consultants during all project phases.
- Review building codes and local zoning to assure that design complies with the applicable legal standards.
- Research and select the most appropriate materials and systems for the construcion of a building.
- Prepare and present design exhibits to various client audiences.
- Coordiante all client contact and maintain close working relationship at all levels throughout the project.
- Travel to project sites as necessary.
- Act as a positive representative of the firm and its core values.
Requirements/key skills:
- NAAB accredited professional degree.
- Architectural registration in US.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant architectural expereince.
- Capable of both conceptualizing a building's design and developing construction documents for its implementation.
- Strong communication and graphic presentation skills.
- Highly organized and efficient with time.
- Ability to collaborate with others.
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Sketch-Up, Photoshop. Rhino and other related design software is a plus.
- Ability to work on multiple projects at the same time.
