An international multidisciplinary consultancy with a reputation for delivering world-class professional design and management services has an immediate requirement for a Senior Landscape Architect to join their growing team in Makkah, KSA.
This busy and challenging role will encompass but not be limited to:
- Planning, designing and supervision of landscaping projects to include public realm, commercial and mixed-use developments.
- Producing designs (landscape, streetscape & masterplans) through detailed working drawings and documents.
- Client liaison.
- Managing projects from a design, client and financial perspective.
- Client presentations.
- Producing fee proposals and tenders.
- Ensuring design and technical excellence within the team and across all projects.
To be considered for this role you must have a BA/B.Sc. and 15+ years' experience.
Previous experience on large scale infrastructure projects of $3bn+ and a creative approach to design are essential.
Candidates must be eligible to work in Makkah, KSA.

- To understand the design project.
- To prepare, and develop where required, drawings, models, images, material & mood boards and other documents relating to the design.
- To assist where required in the co-ordination of the internal design team.
- To take responsibility, where required by the project leader, for specific areas of the design and project development.
- To liaise, where appropriate, with members of the external design team and other associated organisations or companies.
- To attend and participate in client presentations with the Job Captain.
- Ideally, candidates will have 2-3 years experience working on commercial projects.
Candidates must be eligible to work in the USA.
