A mid-sized Manhattan architecture firm is looking for a Project Architect with 8-10 years experience. Applicant should have strong technical and design skills, experience with construction documents, construction administration, and demonstrable communication skills. Good organizational skills are essential. Technical proficiency with exterior detailing is required.

Working knowledge of Revit is advantageous.

We are looking for a senior 3D designer to join our client’s creative team in Singapore! If you are a talented and versatile individual wanting to work for a global design agency stacked with awards, we want you. You'll have already honed your craft in a top design agency and have a stunning portfolio to show for it.

This role works closely with the Creative Director to support the development of innovative concept designs across brand experiences spanning corporate identity, social media, retail, live events and digital. Projects vary in size from small, intimate events to large-scale.

Applicants will be involved in all design processes from producing design-intent working drawings and preparing high-quality presentation documents and boards, to leading the development of creative proposals for client briefs and presenting this creative work face-to-face.

You’ll be doing lots of hand sketching, so this is a brilliant skill to have. It goes without saying that you'll know how to use Vectorworks, Cinema 4D (or an equivalent rendering software), Photoshop, Illustrator and Office.

Interested applicants must have an interior, architecture, exhibition or environmental design qualification at degree level and a proven track record within a design agency.
