Requirements:
- Masters’ Degree from an accredited architecture program.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in an Architecture office.
- Previous experience in hospitality/restaurant and high-end residential projects a plus.
- Excellent AutoCAD and Adobe Creative Suite skills.
- 3D modeling skills/Sketch Up.
- Possess hand sketching and hand rendering skills.
- Excellent technical drafting and detailing abilities.
- Knowledge of local building and ADA accessibility codes.
- Hands-on approach.
- Ability to multi-task and work in a fast paced environment.
- Fluency in written and spoken English.
- Legal work status in the United States.
- PC platform.

For our Beijing office, we are looking for talented Junior Design Architects
with a fresh, creative outlook and ability to convincingly translate ideas into models, drawings, and visuals. Junior Design Architects should have at least 2 years post-graduate work experience at internationally renowned architectural design firms, developing mid- to large-scale projects to a high quality in the concept and schematic design phases. Knowledge of technical principles and previous involvement in detailing stages is desirable. Clear communication skills, a systematic approach to design, and excellent graphic abilities are essential.
You will join dedicated project teams to generate concept and competition designs for projects of varying typologies and scales, and develop design directions for evaluation and testing against programmatic, aesthetic, and technical considerations.
Qualifications:
- Highly creative design approach.
- 2 years minimum post-graduate experience working on competitions and concepts in international design offices.
- Detailing knowledge a plus.
- Clear communication skills.
- Ability to deliver within tight time frames.
- Master Degree (or equivalent professional degree) in Architecture.
- Fluency in English; Bilingualism (English/Mandarin, English/German) a plus.
- Strong Adobe / AutoCAD, and Rhino skills, solid model making experience.
