Mid-Level Architect: 5 to 10 years of experience
The primary duties of the Mid-Level Architect will be to provide project participation in all phases of design including Concept, Design Development, Construction Documents and Construction Administration. The candidate must have design / production experience with knowledge of architectural working drawings / details. The following is required of the candidate:
- Licensure in New York State is required - please do not apply if applicant is not licensed.
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Architecture (professional degree only).
- 5 to 10 years of experience.
- Proficient in AutoCAD with BIM experience a plus.
- Coordinates the work of a multi-disciplined team throughout all phases of a project.
- Coordinates and assists with affected disciplines, Submittals, RFIs, and Bulletins.
- Should be self-motivated and be able to work independently.
- Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other graphic / design software including the Adobe Design Suite.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to effectively communicate and coordinate in design studio.
Preferred project experience includes: K-12 schools, higher-ed and design of large scale public projects (transit stations and convention centers). Experience and interest in sustainable design / documentation / LEED strongly encouraged, with applicable certifications preferred. Email resumes to email.

Clodagh Design is looking for a technical Intermediate Level Architect or Interior Designer with luxury, hotels, restaurant and high-end residential experience to join our talented team. The ideal candidate would be a creative, self-motivating and meticulous individual that is willing to embark on amazing projects and a rewarding professional experience.
Qualifications:
- Highly proficient in Autocad and Revit.
- Minimum of 4-8 years of professional working experience.
- Experience in interior design and architecture for hospitality and high-end residential projects.
- Provide excellent presentation skills including 2D / 3D rendering skills and proficiency in Photoshop, InDesign, Sketch Up and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Registered architect or NCIDQ license is a huge plus.
- LEED AP or strong knowledge of environmental and sustainability friendly products.
- Basic knowledge of current building codes including ADA requirements.
- Must be a US green card holder or US citizen and currently living in NYC.
Responsibilities:
- Exhibits understanding of the firm's design philosophy as it applies to each project.
- Ability to produce complete construction drawings using AutoCAD and Revit.
- Coordinate with outside consultants and vendors.
- Have a good understanding of interior finishes, materials, furniture, lighting, fixtures, and F, F & E schedules and budgets for hospitality and residential projects.
- Proficiency in millwork detailing and specifications and reviewing shop drawings.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
