Ten to One is seeking an energetic and talented senior level project architect. The senior position will be to lead a variety of projects in close collaboration with the Principal and the entire studio.

The position requires a candidate with similar ideologies and a senior level of experience leading projects from design through documentation through construction. Client coordination experience is required. Construction management experience is required. Residential experienced is required. Very strong design and graphic presentation and production skills are required. New York State Licensure is preferred. The right personality - proactive, collaborative, detail-oriented, hard-working, artful, oddball - is essential.

Chun Studio is a small architecture firm that is focused on design and building things. We are looking for a junior architect with strong interest in how to construct spaces and motivated to learn and understand the process to do so. Candidates must be well rounded with strong design skills, verbal communication skills, the ability to work collaboratively, and the ability to work in a small office environment.

Qualificaitons:

- Degree in architecture from an accredited college.
- 1-4 years of experience after graduation.
- Live in Los Angeles.
- US Citizan or Green Card Holder.
