Core is seeking an ambitious, enthusiastic and detail-oriented Architect. Candidate must have excellent communications skills, be fluent in AutoCAD 2010 and Microsoft Office applications as well as have a working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite. 3D Modeling would be advantageous.

Minimum 5 years experience in architectural design with exceptional skills in the production and coordination of contract documents. Candidates must also have a thorough knowledge of building systems and detailing, with the ability to work independently, developing and coordinating contract documents and document checking.

We are seeking a creative individual to assist in the preparation of design and construction documents. Requirements include 7+ years of experience, licensure, and diverse knowledge of architecture principles and practices.

The candidate will assist project teams and other staff members in basic project phases by working on sketches / layouts/details prepared by intermediate/senior staff. Using advanced techniques, the candidate will have responsibility for finished plans, specifications, and material approval.

Responsibilities:

- Technical coordination, documentation, approvals, and construction administration.
- Facilitates communication between the design team and consultants.
