Qualifications:
-Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture required.

Job responsibilities:

Award-winning Tribeca architecture studio is seeking a motivated and talented intermediate architect with 3-5 years experience to join our team. Our projects areas include K-12 schools and colleges, townhouse and loft renovations and historic preservation.
Position requirements:
- Minimum 3 years experience including Design Presentation and Construction Documents.
- Experience with renovations to historic buildings and/or educational projects preferred.
- Strong communication skills and excellent graphicp resentation skills.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch-Up
B. Arch or M. Arch degree required.
- New York area resident.
