Qualifications:

-Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture required.

Job responsibilities:

-Collaborate with Principal-In-Charge and internal team members.
-Develop and express strong concepts.
-Produce creative and convincing presentations. -Develop architectural details independently with little supervision or instruction.
-Prepares project production design and drawings using computer assisted design software and equipment.
-Prioritize and concurrently service multiple projects.
-Maintain effective communication with project team members.

Key skills:

-Hand sketching abilities.
-Applicant must be able to express strategic concepts analytically and graphically.
-LEED accreditation a plus.
-Demonstrated excellence in 3D building massing conceptualization.
-Outstanding graphic presentation skill.
-Applicant must demonstrate computer skills, including proficiency with AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Suite, and Microsoft Programs.
-Highly-motivated, good team player, and possess strong oral and written communication, and organizational skills.
-Must be able to work independently.
-Travel may be required.

Award-winning Tribeca architecture studio is seeking a motivated and talented intermediate architect with 3-5 years experience to join our team. Our projects areas include K-12 schools and colleges, townhouse and loft renovations and historic preservation.
