Candidates should have the following qualifications:
- 5+ years professional work experience in all phases of project design, documentation, and construction administration.
- Experience in Retail and Hospitality in the U.S. and internationally.
- Strong knowledge of architectural practice and construction, and experience with design development and construction detailing, including participation in preparation of comprehensive and coordinated design development sets and data.
- Ability to execute beautiful presentations (physical models, drawings, diagrams, renders) within a rapid project schedule.
- Exceptional facility with Rhino, AutoCAD, VRay and Adobe CS.
- Proven ability to communicate effectively with clients, other architects, consultants, and contractors.
- An entrepreneurial, confident, collaborative, and hands-on attitude.
- Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills, and the ability to work effectively in design teams.
- Fluency in spoken and written English; French and/or German is very beneficial but not mandatory.
- Professional Degree in Architecture.

The ideal candidate will be capable of assisting senior designers with development of design solutions, researching of finishes, textiles, fixtures, furniture, maintaining resource materials, developing material transition details, and performing site surveys. Candidates should have prior exposure to interior design specifications, code required calculation methods, and industry standards.

- Moderate level of graphic communication skills such as handsketching case work, vignette, hand coloring, rendering, texture mapping, interior drawings and area take offs.
- NCIDQ is a plus.
