Opportunities:

- Provide leadership and creative design direction during the conceptual and schematic phases projects.
- Motivate, manage, and mentor junior design staff in design skills and execution of project concepts.
- Work directly with clients, consultants, city officials, and other professionals to advance the design concepts and gain appropriate city approvals.
- Participate and manage cutting edge technology in the form of the BIM platform and other computer software.
- Collaborate with other MVE project architects to execute projects through construction documents.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture.
- Minimum five years of experience in all phases of architectural delivery.
- Extensive experience with residential, multi-family, and/or mixed-use projects.
- Management and organizational experience.
- Strong writing and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, Sketchup, and Adobe software.
- Licensure in the State of California preferred.

Projects cover a wide spectrum of commercial/residential and mixed use projects in Central London and you will need to be skilled at liaising with clients, running projects and coordinating design teams. Strong design skills across all design stages are a must with site/technical delivery experience required.

- ARB/RIBA Registered Architect with UK experience.
