RAA is seeking an Intermediate Designer/Architect with experience in all phases of the design process, from schematic design through construction administration. Main responsibilities include design presentations; construction documents; coordinating with clients, contractors and city/building departments; and providing general administrative support. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with a positive attitude and strong communication skills.

Position requirements:

- Professional degree in Architecture.
- Minimum 5 years professional experience in architecture and/or construction.
- Familiarity with CSI MasterSpec format.
- Fluency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office programs. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and 3D modeling programs a plus.
- Physical model building skills.
- Basic knowledge of digital photography.
- Good organizational skills, including managing projects and correspondence.

Salary will be commensurate with experience; please include salary history in your resume. You must be eligible to work in the US and able to travel to our Downtown LA office. No telecommuting.
