For our office in Beijing, China, we are looking for talented and motivated colleagues for a Senior Design Architect (f/m) position.

Tasks:

- Communicate and strategize by partnering with local and remote project teams and translate project objectives in to workable solutions; evaluate alternatives, and maintain quality technical and design control.
- Prepare graphic analyses of projects for use in client discussions. Maintain a running log of issues to be resolved and decisions to be made.
- Supervise the work of other architectural staff.
- Creatively advance design concepts and work with the design team to ensure the design integrity.
- Actively work with clients, design teams and consultants.
- Work with project managers to scope projects and develop a statement of work, project plan, and risk analysis.
- Provide technical thought leadership and actively participate in the design and the according implementation.

Requirements:

- Minimum 3 or 5 years of practice as an Architect.
- Work experience in a leading role in large - scale industrial, public or commercial projects.
- Ability to handle competitions independently.
- Efficiency in architectural and office software.
- Applicants should be fluent in English while Chinese and German language skills are an advantage.
- Ability to communicate in an international team on a professional level.
- Good team spirit, creativity, honesty and accountability.
- High dedication to the field of architecture.
- Bachelor and/ or Master Degree in architecture.
