General qualifications:
- Qualified architect three to five years experience, post qualification, through all building phases.
- High design and conceptual skills.
- Strategic thinking and presentation skills.
- Strong internet and computer skills.
- Fluent in English, verbal and written, and other languages a plus.
- Experience working on international projects.
- Experience leading a team of designers.
- experience in designing floor plans, custom furniture, specifying FF&E, materials and colours.
- Enthusiastic and comfortable working in a multidisciplinary team environment.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment is required.
- Articulate, assertive, self-motivated enthusiastic individual.
Technical qualifications:
- Strong evidence in the CV of technical detailing.
- Fluent in AutoCAD.
- Fluent in 3D modelling skills, ideally Rhino or 3D Studio Max.
- 3D rendering skills a plus, ideally VRay.
- Experience using both metric and imperial (US/UK) measurements.

Qualifying candidates must have a degree in Interior Design and 1+ years of professional experience.
Responsibilities include:
- Producing floor plans and custom furniture designs.
- Researching and sourcing furniture, fabrics and finish selections.
- Assisting with client presentations.
- Building mock ups.
- Ordering material samples.
- Coordinating with all disciplines and consultants.
- Creating client proposals.
- Creating vendor purchase orders and following up to ensure timely delivery of goods.
- Assisting in on-site installations.
Candidates must have excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to comfortably interact with clients, consultants, vendors and internal staff. Knowledge with AutoCAD, Photoshop, and MS Office are essential. Knowledge of Rhino, SketchUp, Adobe Indesign and Quickbooks is preferred. Candidates must be able to perform their duties with minimal supervision.
