Requirements:
- Extensive experienced in architectural design.
- Have the work experience in a reputable architectural firm, or designed for prestigious developers of clients.
- With creativity and enthusiasm.
- Be capable of independent thinking, has the aesthetic consciousness and hand-drawing skills.
- Proficient in related technologies, such as CAD, Sketchup, Photoshop, PowerPoint etc.
- According to client’s requirements, propose the effective solutions.

Applicants must have a professional Bachelors or Masters degree from an accredited university. Typical projects include restaurant, retail and hospitality projects. - 3D model creation.
- Conceptual design.
- Construction/permit documents and detailing.
- Building code research.
- Permit research and coordination.
- Coordination with consultants and contractors.
Skills needed:
- Proficiency and experience with AutoCAD required.
- Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suites required (Photoshop, Illustrator, In-Design).
- Proficiency with SketchUp required (V-Ray for SketchUp is a plus).
- Proficiency with Revit preferred.
- LEED AP is a plus.
