We require a Residential Designer with experience in planning housing design to join our friendly team working on a variety of projects in London and the South East. The right candidate will have an Architecture Degree qualification as a minimum, with over 5 years UK practice experience and be able to demonstrate excellent design skills developed on a range of project sizes.
Adobe Creative Suite and AutoCAD proficiency is essential.
Good communication skills, an organised and efficient approach, and commitment to team working are essential to fit in with our busy close-knit team.

Great opportunity for growth and exposure to all aspects of Architectural /Interiors / Product Design.
Responsibilities:
- Ability to manage junior staff.
- Work closely with principals of the firm.
- Develop projects from Concept Design to CA.
- Coordinate and produce construction documentation sets and details in AutoCAD.
- Produce quality 3D images using Rhino, VRay, etc.
- Participate in meetings with clients, contractors, and vendors.
- Apply for government projects as a WBE.
Requirements:
- BArch or MArch from an accredited school.
- Detail oriented and highly organized.
- Ability to work independently on all phases.
- Knowledge of NYC zoning and building code.
- Knowledge of construction methods and materials.
- Highly proficient with AutoCAD, Rhino, Sketch Up, Photoshop, In-design, Illustrator, MS Word, and MS Excel.
- Strong graphic, written and verbal communication skills.
- Able to provide documents of eligibility to work in the US.
