- Min. 3 years experience in high-end residential construction documents & detailing.
- Experience in both high-end interior renovations and single family wood frame construction.
- Ability to manage projects, research and work self-sufficiently.
- Excellent AutoCAD drafting skills.
- Excellent 3D Studio MAX modeling capabilities w/ knowledge of Vray.
- Strong design and graphic abilities.
- Hard working, reliable, strong writing and communication skills.
- Bachelors of Architecture degree & eligibility to work in the United States.
- Residing within commuting distance to NYC.

- Minimum 8 years experience in hospitality design with large-scale hotels, both branded and unbranded.
- NCIDQ certified.
- Thorough understanding of the design process and the ability to create, direct, and manage large-scale hospitality projects from start to completion.
- Strong creative design skills from concept through implementation.
- Superior organizational and communication skills.
- Superior graphic skills and ability to communicate design intent through both digital and traditional graphic mediums.
- Ability to work successfully with other professionals in a collaborative work environment.
- Prove experience in successfully managing client interaction and decisions.
- Experience working with large consultant teams.
- Thorough understanding of architectural technology, documentation, and building codes.
- Proficiency in executing design concepts in to construction documents and details.
- Proficiency in selection and specification of FF&E
Experience in Revit and AutoCAD (90% of our work is now in Revit).
- Proficiency in InDesign, Photoshop, Sketchup, and other current software.
Ideal candidate will possess:
- Hotel and/or multi-family experience.
- Mid-rise and/or high-rise experience.
- International experience.
