CUPKOVIC architecture, an award winning design oriented architectural firm, located in Cleveland, Ohio, with a national practice specializing in large format mixed use design has an immediate opening for an Architect.

We are looking for a highly motivated Architect to be an integral part in the growth of our firm. Architect will be responsible for navigating projects from Schematic Design through Construction Documents and Construction Administration with limited oversight from Sr. Project Architects. Candidate must possess strong organizational and communication skills to ensure a successful relation with the client and coordination with Engineering Consultants.

Qualifications include:

- Licensed Architect with minimum 5 years’ experience (Mixed-Use Retail experience a plus).
- Strong AutoCAD-Revit-3D modeling skills - capable of producing detailed construction documents.
- Experience with Project Specifications, Building Code review and Accessibility code requirements.
- Excellent leadership, organizational and communication skills.
- A good attitude – based on a collaborative approach to design.
- Available for limited travel.
- Leed for New Construction – leed for Neighborhood Development – or NAHB Certified Green Professional (CGP) – is preferred, but not a requirement.
