Project Architect
24/01/2015Design studio based in Central London, with high profile & long standing clients is recruiting for Architects & Project Architects to join the team. This is a hidden gem of a studio where you will work on in a highly creative environment and there is every opportunity for continued professional development. Great location, social and fun team alongside a great work/life balance is on offer.
You will be working on high quality contemporary Commercial/Mixed Use projects in Central London, which are both new build and refurbishment. Working across all RIBA stages you will need to show design flair and have had job running/delivery experience.
Skills required:
- Working knowledge of CAD systems, Vectorworks is preferred and Sketchup / Indesign advantageous.
- Construction & Delivery Experience.
- Working knowledge of UK Building Systems, Regulations and construction types.

23/01/2015JHA is a dynamic interior design firm headquartered in New York City. Since 2001, JHA has specialized in the luxury fashion retail environment, providing design services to such as clients as Barneys New York, Saks Fifth Avenue, Ippolita, to name a few.
JHA is currently seeking a motivated, technically strong and creative project designer with excellent verbal and written communication skills and Seven (7) years of architectural experience in high end interiors.
Responsibilities will include working to develop designs and presentations that include creating 3D sketch up models as well as the development of detailed design drawing sets.
Candidates must have either a B.Arch or M.Arch degree and a minimum of seven years of experience as well as strong organization, team building and relationship management skills. Must be skilled in AutoCAD, Sketch Up and Photoshop and and Revit experience a plus.
Salary commensurate with the education, professional experience and demonstrated knowledge. Equal-opportunity employer.
