A/E successful small firm established 24 years ago at Lake Tahoe, California seeks a lead architect to head up our residential department. This person must have residential design experience and some commercial experience helpful. It would be desirable for the person to have design responsibility and project management responsibility. AutoCAD is required and Revit (BIM) is highly desired. Sketchup, Photoshop and other rendering skills would be appreciated. License is helpful but not required if experience and degree are more than adequate. With assistance and guidance from the Principal it is required that the person be involved with business development, response to RFQ's and RFP's, lead design staff, community relations, marketing, advertising, human resources, and social media.
