Shubin + Donaldson Architects in Culver City is seeking a motivated Designer/Architect with 3-5 years of experience in publication-quality commercial and residential projects as an addition to our team. S+D is currently undertaking a diverse range of new projects, including ground-up construction, commercial renovations, creative workplaces, and custom residences.

We are seeking a talented individual with the ability to work both independently in a self-directed manner as well as collaboratively within a project team. Candidates must demonstrate proficiency in conceptual design, design presentation, and construction documentation. Strong graphic, organization and communication skills are essential. Proficiency with developing construction documents and experience in Revit and AutoCAD are required. 3D modeling skills in 3ds Max, Rhino and SketchUp are preferred. Candidates must hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Architecture. Candidates must be U.S. Citizens or have permanent residence status.

Award Winning Architectural Firm in Monmouth County is seeking architects, designers, project managers, and job captains to work on nationally-based projects. Self-starting, highly motivated, organized, and detail-oriented individual. Strong organizational and prioritizing skills.

Architects, Project Managers & Job Captains: Responsibilities include coordination of contract documents (in-house and with consultants). Check contract documents and supervise corrections and changes. Schedule tasks and adhere to project schedule and budget; properly document all document changes. Coordinate submittal of contract documents for governmental review, distribution of bid documents, and addenda process. 5+ years of experience in architectural practice preferred. Proficient in AutoCAD (latest version) a must. Advanced knowledge of building codes, full understanding of Addenda and Construction Change Directive procedures. REVIT Production: (B.Arch. preferred, but B.A./B.S. in Architecture are also considered) MMA is seeking designers and architects to work on medium to large scale retail and commercial projects across the country.
