Senior Architect
18/02/2015We are currently looking to take on an experienced Senior Architect to work on social and affordable housing schemes in London an the Home Counties. We need someone who can lead the design and delivery of schemes for National and Local Housing Associations.
With a long history of producing successful housing schemes, the firm are now at a stage where they need an ambitious professional ready to make the transition to Associate and ultimately Director level. Your skills should include:
- Experience of technical co-ordination for multi-unit development projects, preferably within the residential market.
- Sound knowledge of current building regulations and design guidelines.
- An understanding of project requirements from production information through tender and construction stages.
- Ability to drive the delivery of the project, managing a team.
- Ability to manage the time and workflow of project efficiently.
- Expert in AutoCAD or Revit and 3D modeling software.
- Must have UK experience.
