This is a fantastic opportunity to work across a variety of sectors on projects ranging from large scale hospitality schemes to one off residential show flats.
Key day-to-day tasks of the Hotel & Residential Interior Designer
– This role will involve running jobs from concept design all the way through to completion, originating ideas, whilst also being able to produce neat drawing packages to translate them into reality.
– Developing and preparing scheme designs.
– Producing delivery packages, construction drawings and tender packs.
– Delivering projects onto site.
-Managing a small team of junior designers.
Key attributes of the Hotel & Residential Interior Designer:
- 7-10 years’ experience working in interiors.
- Previous experience working on hotel and residential projects.
- A strong, hand on all round designer with experience running your own projects.
- AutoCAD Proficient -Strong technical ability is a must.
- Experience using Sketchup. Photoshop and InDesign is a plus.

We are seeking an experienced architect to lead the development of projects through all phases of design.
Requirements for the position:
- Professional degree (B Arch or M Arch), licensure preferred but not required.
- Minimum 5-7 years of full-time work experience, preferably in single family residential design.
- Strong design background with rigorous methodology and attention to detail.
- Excellent organizational, writing, and verbal communications skills.
- Strong research, technical and detailing skills.
- Strong project management and team leadership skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively with contractors in the field.
- Ability to work collaboratively in an intensive, open office environment.
- Proficiency in CAD, Sketchup / Rhino, and Adobe Suite; knowledge of Vectorworks is a plus.
