- Minimum 10 years experience and Professional Bachelors degree in Architecture.
- Must be a motivated self-starter with the ability to problem solve both individually and as a part of a project team.
- Demonstrated proficiency in Revit a must.
- Knowledge of materials, construction techniques, and building codes.
- Excellent communication skills, exceptional attention to detail, motivated, ability to work well with teams, professional appearance and attitude.
- Strong graphic and visualization skills to communicate design ideas.
- State Licensure and LEED accreditation not required but is a plus.

I have a 6 month plus contract position for a Site Architect / Design Coordinator. You will be working in a retail environment and will be in part responsible for delivery of new stores in a shopping centres as well as changes to existing stores.

You will be responsible for leasing plans, fit out proposals, liaising with consultants, coordinating and managing design information, liaising with the fit out contractors, making design changes and CAD documentation.

The position would suit an Architect or Senior Technician that has been exposed to working on site in a fast pace environment.
