This position will require exceptional attention to detail, strong design development skills, an inquisitive mindset, and a pro-active approach.

This team member will be assisting with document production, design concepts, detailing, rendering & presentations for the modular buildings. There are many more aspects to our business that you can be involved with if you have the passion and desire to learn.

- College degree required.
- Minimum 4 years in the architecture and/or construction industry – construction experience is highly valued.
- Professional Engineer (PE) highly valued.
- Range of experience in Residential, commercial, mixed-use.
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, MS Office Suite, Sketchup, Adobe CS and able to learn new software as needed. Maxwell & Inventor a plus.
- Superior presentation & communication skills.
- Able to work under tight deadlines with quality deliverables.
- Able to work independently and in a collaborative environment.
- Familiarity with IBC, IRC and municipal codes/ordinances highly valued.
