The ideal candidate should possess the following skills:

- Must have a minimum of 3-5 years of architectural design and construction experience in the Residential and Institutional sector.
- B. Arch required, M. Arch preferred.
- Experience with Construction Documents, with a strong emphasis on detailing of interior projects construction techniques.
- Good knowledge of materials and experience working with vendors and manufacturers.
- Experience working with engineers and coordinating drawing sets.
- Construction Administration experience with direct coordination with contractors and consultants.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Rhino and V-ray for drafting, modeling and rendering. Experience in grasshopper is preferred.
- Proficiency in Adobe Suite.

Manhattan design-oriented architectural firm, with focus on energy-conserving Passive House design strategies in residential, adaptive reuse, not-for-profit, and commercial projects, seeks a highly talented, self-motivated Architectural Designer with 3-5 years of experience to join our team.

We encourage teamwork and collaboration in our creative studio environment.

The successful candidate will have:

- A degree from an accredited architecture school.
- 3-5 years of professional architectural work experience (minimum).
- Knowledge of Passive House.
- Strong knowledge of and passion for truly sustainable design practices.
- A love of architecture and a desire to learn and grow within the profession.
- Great graphic, written, and verbal communication skills strong computer skills.
- Experience with Vectorworks would be a plus but is not required.
- The capacity to take a project from early design through coordinated construction documents.
