Yelo Architects are looking for a disciplined project architect who has a rigorous approach to their work as well as a passion for architecture. Candidates must have 3-5 years post qualification UK residential experience preferably working with both housing associations and private clients.

You will be managing a range of projects concurrently which may include medium scale residential (30-80 units) as well as smaller residential projects for private developers and homeowners.

Responsibilities will also include managing the larger project team as well as supporting the Directors by overseeing junior staff on a day to day basis. As part of the role you will also be expected to mentor younger members of staff carrying out their Part 3 professional studies.

In addition, experience of administration of traditional JCT contracts and the ability to produce project programmes is essential as well as being a proficient user of AutoCad. Experience of NBS specification writer and contract administrator is desirable but not essential.
