3D Designer

We are looking for a 3D designer to join our client’s creative team in Singapore! If you are a talented and versatile individual wanting to work for a global design agency stacked with awards, we want you. You will have proven agency experience and a stunning portfolio to show for it.

This role works closely with the Design Director to support the development of innovative concept designs across brand experiences, spanning corporate identity, social media, retail, live events and digital. Projects vary in size from small, intimate events to large-scale.

The 3D designer will be involved in all design processes from producing design-intent working drawings and preparing high-quality presentation documents and boards, to leading the development of creative proposals for client briefs and presenting this creative work face-to-face.

Requirements:

- A minimum of 5 years of 3D design for events and exhibition experience.
- Previous experience working within a large global design agency.
- Strong design software skills - Photoshop, illustrator, Vectorworks, Cinema 4D (or similar) is essential.
- Strong understanding of environmental and spatial design.
- Can create detailed technical drawings.
- Conceptual ideas and enjoy sketching by hand.

Architectural Designer

Currently, Hoefer Wysocki has openings for Architectural Designers with 3 to 10 years of experience in our Kansas City and Dallas offices. The proper person for this role would be an Architecture graduate that has not yet obtained his license. This person will be responsible for efficiently and effectively participating, designing and delivering successful building projects according to office standards and processes. Responsibilities include involvement within project teams from schematic design through construction on projects, reviewing shop drawings and related submittals, coordinating consultants in all phases and directing the production of the projects.

Essential responsibilities:

- Support, staff within a team building atmosphere where personal agendas and preferences are to be set aside and all team members are to effectively work together for what is determined to be best for the company, client, and project to focus on client satisfaction.
- Conduct architectural studies, develop design concepts and design criteria, and prepare reports, calculations, and detailed design and construction documents.
- Assist in conducting preliminary field surveys, develop designs and drafts preliminary plans project.
- Assist in developing statements of probable cost.
- Pick up red-lines. Revise comments from other Peer Teams.
- Draft Floor Plans designed by Design Team.

Education/Experience: Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture or equivalent in education or experience. 3-10 years of experience in an architectural practice on various projects is required.

Certifications/Licenses/Registrations: IDP underway or completed and ARE testing in process. AIA or registered architect designation desired, but not required. LEED Green Associate Accreditation preferred. Possession of a valid motor vehicle operator’s license and willingness to use insured personal vehicle in the courses of employment.

Qualifications/skills:

Candidate must be proficient in Revit, AutoCAD and Microsoft Office. Newforma and Deltek Vision knowledge a plus. Must have excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills, ability to work effectively in a team atmosphere, and meet deadlines. Quality and customer service focus a must. To perform this job successfully, an individual must be detail oriented and able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
