CBT is looking for a Project Architect to join our award-winning team to pursue high profile projects in a wide diversity of market types and push the "creative envelop". Ideal candidates will possess the ability to:
- Generate a clear design philosophy and concept for all types of projects in Architecture.
- Direct and lead multiple projects with a clear design philosophy, methodology with design leadership.
- Articulate design concepts to clients and peers.
- Consult with pertinent constituencies (client, local communities, government officials, developers, interest groups, various stakeholders) to determine the functional, spatial and economical requirement of projects and develop a vision and strategies for the project.
- Direct preparation of drawings, layouts, reports incorporating various aspects of projects such as materials, specifications, costs and construction time and phasing.
- Able to mentor junior staff.
- Collaborate with consultants and integrate engineering and infrastructural requirements into the design.
Experience and qualifications:
- 15-20 years of relevant experience.
- Strong Business Development and client relationship skills.
- Fully competent in all aspects of architectural processes.
- Graphic, 3D visualization, CAD, and Revit skills is a plus.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Demonstrates collaborative and professional work ethic.

The person in this role will primarily model and develop designs for healthcare interiors spaces,. We are looking for someone with a well-rounded background of design and technical responsibilities that is able to take on different roles in different projects and work as part of a larger team.
You will:
- Model and develop designs for healthcare interiors space, considering codes and regulations specific to healthcare project types.
An ideal candidate has:
- Minimum 10 years of experience, including experience in healthcare project types.
- BA or BS degree in Architecture. MA a plus.
- Working knowledge of Revit.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Understanding of healthcare codes and regulations.
- Balance of design sensitivity and strong technical skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively on a team.
