Candidates must have:

- Exceptional technical detailing skills;
- Experience in job-running and contract administration;
- Firm understanding of current UK Building Regulations;
- At least 5 years of experience in the private residential sector in the UK.

We are also looking for a junior architectural assistant with the following skills and experience:

- Part 1 equivalent;
- 1 year experience in the residential field;
- Current, industry-standard, computer skills.

Small studio seeking junior designer to aid in design research, and production of 3d renderings into design presentations for high profile retail clients.

Must be proficient in:

- AutoCAD.
- 3Ds Max.
- Vray.
- Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign.
- MS Office.

Looking for a professional educated in architecture or interior design with one or two years experience. An interest in and knowledge of retail design a plus.

This is a short term contract position with potential for long term depending on performance. Must live in the Los Angeles area.
