Small Chelsea Firm seeks Junior Architect to join our team. Our firm is engaged in a variety of projects - primarily commercial work - adaptive reuse and interior fit-out. Projects include Retail Banking, Medical, Commercial Interiors and others.
Applicants should have professional experience (3 -5 years). Strong AutoCAD skills required. Sketch-up, Photoshop, and graphic abilities and good design eye.
Knowledge of materials, finishes and furniture a plus.
Applicants must be self-motivated, articulate, organized, and able to work on multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced collaborative environment as well as have strong interpersonal skills.

We are currently seeking to add an Architect I to our team, to work directly with project managers in all phases of design through construction.
Responsiblities include:
- Produce documents, and ensure they exceed QA / QC standards.
- Evaluate alternatives.

Qualification requirements:
- Professional degree in Architecture from an accredited university.
- Minimum 3-5 years experience.
- Proficient in AutoCAD and Revit.
- Experience with technical detailing and construction documents.
- Quick and accurate, with an eye for detail.
- Strong graphic presentation skills.
- Able to work well in small teams.
- Good interpersonal skills.
- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal).
This is an immediate, full-time position (M-F), located in downtown Seattle.
