We are currently seeking a candidate for a full-time position in our office. Candidates should have a professional B-Arch or M-Arch degree along with 3-5 years of experience, including experience with projects in construction in NYC. A successful candidate will have strong communication and interpersonal skills, and an easy to work with personality. Someone who is self-motivated and versatile would be a great fit for our team.
This position will involve working on multiple projects in various stages, and responsibilities cover a wide range including: administrative work, drafting, surveying, design, construction documentation, and construction administration. Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit is essential, and experience with 3D and graphic software is a plus. In addition, a willingness to continuously grow and learn new skills is a must.

Our client has multiple needs for Intermediate/Project Architects to contribute from DD-CA on complex residential projects. The individual(s) in this role will manage the internal project team, coordinate with consultants and work with clients. The role also entails applying technical skills to production of design and construction documents and seeing the project through completion.
Qualifications:
The ideal candidate has at least 4 years of project experience as well as a professional degree in Architecture. The professional in this role must be capable of management, collaboration and teamwork and must be equipped with a technical understanding of local high rise residential work. Advanced AutoCAD proficiency is also required, with Revit being extremely helpful.

This is a permanent, full-time opportunity with projected annual salary of $55-70k for the intermediate and 75-90k for Project Architect role, plus excellent benefits/v+h, and bonus.
