Senior Level Interior Designer
19/01/2015A high-end and innovative New York City design practice is looking for a Senior Interior Designer to join their team of creative designers. This SoHo firm produces works that are timeless and modern with enough edginess to maintain their place at the forefront of architecture and interior design.
The ideal candidate should have extensive experience in high-end residential and corporate interior design projects. They must be able to lead conceptual design through DD/CD phase and into CA. Candidate must also have excellent presentation abilities - including programs SketchUp and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Indesign).
Qualified candidates for this position should submit their Resume/CV and Work Samples/Portfolio as a PDF (no larger than 8mb) to email with "Senior Level ID" as the subject.

Architect
19/01/2015Studio Seilern Architects are seeking a talented architect with a minimum three years post RIBA part III experience to lead on the design and delivery of our UK and Switzerland projects and assist on leisure, private residential and commercial projects.
Requirements:
- Excellent time management and ability to prioritise.
- Strong ability to work across all RIBA work stages.
- Have an in-depth understanding of technical issues and familiarity with relevant codes and UK building regulations.
- Ability to demonstrate an understanding of on-site construction, a knowledge of procurement routes and ability to direct and work well within a team.
- A high degree of proficiency in Autocad, Adobe suite, Rhino and Maxwell will be favourable.
- Confidence in your visual communication skills, preferably with free hand sketches.
- Eloquence in both written and spoken English, German beneficial.
About you
You will have at least 3 years post RIBA part III and UK experience. You will have excellent organisational skills, a strong attention to detail and have a pro-active and positive disposition. You will be good at relationship building with the ability to liaise at all levels. You will need to be a practical and strategic thinker who is self-motivated and have the ability to work autonomously.
