Landscape Architect

We are currently seeking a Landscape Architect interested in the development of sustainable site design, innovative rain water management techniques, ecological restoration and the pursuit of LEED certified projects.
The ideal candidate will meet the following criteria:
- 2-5 years’ landscape architecture experience.
- Be able to develop and maintain strong client relations.
- Ability to handle multiple projects and work well with Architects and Civil Engineers.
- Must be team oriented and have a good working knowledge of AutoCAD, Civil 3D.
- Must also be comfortable with drafting and rendering.
- Knowledge of ornamental and native plants of the midwest and a basic understanding of LEED is required.
- Experience working on Institutional, K-12 Schools, Commercial, Office, Industrial, Multi-use Residential or Governmental buildings a plus.

23/02/2015A fast growing property and design consultancy specialising in luxury residential developments are seeking a Residential Interior Designer to join their growing practice. Fitting in with their design team who pride themselves on their carefully selected developments, re-designed and re-built from the inside out, maintaining a property’s traditional features whilst adding touches of contemporary.
Key day-to-day tasks of the Residential Interior Designer include:
- Liaising with clients confidently.
- Preparing sample boards, schedules, drawings and specifications for tender.
- Generating and developing design concepts.
- Delivering projects on to site.
Key attributes of the Residential Interior Designer include:
- Proficient in AutoCAD.
- 3 years+ experience in the high-end residential sector.
- Strong design and technical skills.
- Able to produce strong drawings, visuals and sketches.
- Confident in dealing with clients.
- Ability to work in a team and under your own initiative.
Applications without a portfolio will not be considered.
