Architectural Designer / Project Architect
10/01/2015We believe in good design. We are a fast-growing young architecture firm in midtown Manhattan, and we are looking to add a new member to our staff. We are seeking a talented full-time and part-time Architectural Designer/Project Architect to join our team. You need to have a keen sense for clean design and details, and also good communications skills, and feel comfortable dealing directly with clients, suppliers and contractors.
Here are some skills we are looking for:
- Previous experience in high-end residential renovations and commercial/office interior projects, with involvement in all phases of project development in New York City.
- Experience in preparing Filing & Construction drawings, along with lite construction management.
- Experience with NYC Building & Zoning Codes.
- Excellent communication skills and experience in dealing directly with clients, suppliers and contractors.
- Knowledge of AutoCAD (2012 or higher), Adobe Creative Suite (CS5 or higher), Rhino (v4 or higher) and 3ds Max + Vray.
- Capable to delegate and lead junior architects and designers.
- Must be currently residing in the NYC area and have legal authorization to work in the US.

10/01/2015Midtown Manhattan office is seeking full-time architect with min. 5 years experience in Architectural production, must be able to develop documents from design concept in Revit and AutoCAD. Must be able to develop plans, sections, elevations and details, communication skills include both verbal and written are a must.
