O'Mahony Pike Architects, based in Farringdon, have a vacancy for a Part 3 Architect with 5-10 years’ experience to work on a range of small and large scale projects including mixed use, residential, commercial and urban design work.

We are looking for applicants who are able to work through all project stages from inception to completion. Applicants should possess a high standard of design as well as graphic presentation skills in both 2D and 3D. You should have a good knowledge of UK building regulations, an understanding of planning process and of building construction. Residential experience would be advantageous – familiarity with LHDG, CfSH etc.

Applicants should have an interest in housing and urban design, good communication skills and enjoy both self-directed work and work as part of a larger team.

Good AutoCAD skills are essential, BIM awareness and Revit skills are an advantage. Familiarity with SketchUp, InDesign and Photoshop are preferred.

Requirements for applicants:

- Professional degree in architecture, landscape architecture, or Urban Planning.
- Passion in architecture and design.
- Curiosity and openness to cultures.
- Talent in concept and schematic design.
- Fluency in English or Mandarin.
- Skillful in 3-D modeling programs like Rhino and graphic programs like CAD and Photoshop (for junior position).
- Experience as lead designer and project leader (for senior position).
