An international and highly reputable design practice has an immediate requirement for a Senior Site Architect to work on a hospital project in Abu Dhabi.

Responsibilities:

- Providing technical design solutions to any problems encountered on site with focus on the construction phases of development.
- Carry out regular site inspections.
- Review and monitor the Contractor’s procedures, practices and progress on site.
- Review and monitor shop drawings, materials and method statements.
- Represent the company at client, supplier and contractors’ meetings.
- Prepare technical schedules.
- Responding to RFI’s.

To be considered for this role you should have a degree in architecture and 10+ years' experience.

Previous healthcare experience is essential as well as impeccable communication skills, strong design and technical skills and a proven background in overseeing the delivery of complex building projects to the highest of international standards.

C.Wall is looking for a part-time Intermediate architectural designer with 2-5 years of professional experience and a B. Arch or greater, design skills, and diligent organizational skills on his/her way to becoming a project manager. Candidates should have experience on hospitality and/or residential design and experience doing Construction Documentation.

Responsibilities:

- Design, detailing, producing and partially-managing multiple residential and hospitality projects from concept phase through construction sign off.
- Client interaction to include discussions in meetings and updating with documentation and schedule information.
- Consultant coordination and documentation.
- Site Visits and detail documentation of construction sketches.
- Design development management.
- Coordinate DOB and building filing.

Requirements:

- Candidates must be absolutely proficient in Autocad with at least two years of professional experience. Please show Autocad work at both design and documentation level. Revit knowledge is a plus.
- Candidates must have experience in high-end residential or hospitality experience.
- Candidates must be able to work on multiple projects simultaneously.
- Candidates must be legally allowed to work in the US.
