Based in New York City, Studio Link-Arc, LLC is a team of architects and designers that collaborates across disciplines to produce compelling work in the fields of: urbanism, architecture, landscape, and exhibition design. Our current work includes: the China Pavilion for the 2015 Milan Expo (currently under construction in Milan), an 80,000 square meter archive library, a 550,000 square meter master plan, and a five-screen cinema complex.
We are looking for a motivated and talented designer with strong leadership qualities to join our studio.
The successful candidate will:
- Exhibit a strong work ethic.
- Be comfortable working in a fast-paced office environment.
- Be organized, thorough, and detail-oriented.
- Be able to multitask, with the ability to oversee multiple short- and long-term tasks to completion.
- Be able to work independently with minimal oversight.
Candidates must have:
- Minimum 4 - 6 years of experience in the architectural design profession, at recognized design offices.
- Extensive knowledge in the preparation of design development and construction documents.
- Strong design skills, contemporary design sensibilities.
- Extensive experience preparing design presentations.
- Proficiency in: AutoCAD, Rhino (modeling, rendering), and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc).
- A degree from an accredited Masters or Bachelor of Architecture degree program.
- Applicants who have worked at small to medium size avant-garde design studios on medium-to-large scale projects will receive favorable review.

Individuals will work within a team of talented and motivated colleagues to explore innovative design solutions and challenge preconceptions while working closely with a Project Architect and PARC’s leadership in a fast-paced and extremely collaborative environment.
Candidates should have the following qualifications:
- Strong design, presentation and communication skills.
- Ability and willingness to tackle the unexpected and the unknown.
- An entrepreneurial, confident, collaborative, and hands-on attitude.
- Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills, and the ability to work effectively in design teams.
- Ability to execute beautiful presentations (physical models, drawings, diagrams, renders) within a rapid project schedule.
- Exceptional facility with Rhino, AutoCAD, VRay and Adobe CS.
- Experience in construction document preparation preferred.
- Professional Degree in Architecture.
