- 7 + years professional experience in architect’s office.

Lichtvision is seeking an enthusiastic full-time Lighting Designer (fluent German and English language skills) with a graduate degree in lighting design, or equivalent.

You will ideally have 4+ years architectural lighting design experience in an international environment as a project designer, as well as, communication and organisation skills.

The applicant should be a detail-oriented professional capable of supporting project coordination from beginning to end, with the objective of taking over more and more own responsibilities.

Strong written and verbal, interpersonal and technical communication skills are a must, as is the ability to present ideas clearly and with confidence. In addition to these skills, we´re looking for someone who is self-motivated and hard working, is a team player and pleasant to work with.

You are well-versed in all elements required for producing lighting documentation Lighting Layouts, Data Sheets, General Lighting Specification, Evaluations, Details, Shop drawings and Renderings.

You have thorough knowledge of Photoshop, InDesign, AutoCAD, MS Office and Hand sketching.

We are in search of a candidate to develop and maintain on-going client relationships, as well as, to bring in new international projects and repeat business. International travel flexibility will be expected as projects require. Compensation will commensurate with ability and experience.
