We are currently seeking a senior-level project architect/project manager. The ideal candidate will have the following qualifications:

- M. Arch from a NAAB-accredited university or international equivalent.
- Registered Architect, or applicant is actively pursuing licensure.
- 6-10 years of architectural design experience with a minimum of 2 years project management experience, including CCA work.
- Experience in all project phases, with a resonant design sensibility and extensive technical, code, and accessibility knowledge.
- Demonstrable knowledge of building construction materials, methods, and professional procedures.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and strong organizational skills.
- Self-motivated, with an ability to establish and meet project milestones.
- Ability to effectively manage multiple projects and coordinate between consultants, clients, staff and vendors.
- Ability to manage and mentor junior staff.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and Rhino, Adobe Creative Suite, Word, and Excel.
- Availability to begin work quickly.

Are you are a talented and self-motivated Design/Planning Architect. Do your hand drawn sketches capture the quality of a scheme and the style of your elevations sell your designs to clients and planners. Do you specialise in presenting these early design concepts and elevations, developing these through the planning stages, but also have an understanding of construction detailing.

Have you led teams and managed projects for over five years and are now looking for a career changing opportunity to join a successful company at a senior level.

Do you have good communication skills (written, verbal and graphic) and an experience of Revit.

Have you worked on large scale regeneration projects, high profile apartment schemes, student accommodation and some high end residential projects.
