A well known Interior Design agency is looking for an outstanding individual with Retail or Corporate Interior Design skills to join their retail team in Hong Kong. The right candidate will be utilizing their CAD to prepare various CAD details and create preliminary and final drawings, performing mid-level drafting check.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and process Engineering Change Notices according to procedure.
- Ensure proper assembly fit according to design requirements defined by PMO.
- Prepare CAD assembly drawings to verify adequate assembly fit and function.
- Other tasks and duties as required from time to time.
Requirement:
- Hold a relevant engineering or design qualification.
- 2-5 years related experience.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Photoshop and Illustrator.
- 3D modelling software skills would be an advantage.
- Capability of following a project from initial design stages through to its completion.
- Organized, self-motivated and team player.

Cityscape is currently seeking applicants for the following positions:
Manages, organizes and coordinates project teams and team assignments to complete architectural projects. Responsible for ensuring that production of construction documents are in concert with design intent, responsible for project schedules and budgets. Resolves complex technical/design issues and provides guidance to team. Coordinates activity and communication between project team, sub-contractors and other disciplines.
Job requirements:
- Licensed Architect.
- Professional degree in Architecture from an accredited program.
- 3-5 years of experience in commercial architecture, with a preference given to retail and automotive retail.
- Proficient use of AutoCAD, Word, and Excel is a must, experience with Revit is a plus.
Willing to Travel in U.S.
- Experience in all project phases, from strategic planning and programming through construction phases.
- Strong experience in construction document preparation.
- Knowledge of building materials, specifications, construction techniques.
- Experience with building codes, ADA requirements, zoning and generally knowledgeable in jurisdictional processes.
- Sufficient knowledge of engineering disciplines to coordinate their work.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct building and energy code analyses and be the primary point of contact with jurisdictions.
- Survey existing conditions and prepare documentation of existing buildings.
- Document production, detailing, and coordination.
- Maintain the Project Manual and edit specifications as required.
- Conduct on-site observations, prepare Architect's field reports as needed.
- Submittal reviews during construction, maintain RFI and submittal logs.
- Represent the firm in a professional manner in person and thru written and verbal communication.
