The Healthcare Architect will complete documentation for the design and project delivery of Healthcare facilities consistent with the firm’s commitment to design and quality.

Job responsibilities:

- Reporting to the Associate Principal, the Healthcare Technical Architect will need to complete Design Development and Construction Document Level documentation, Medical Equipment Coordination, FGI Guidelines understanding and coordination.

Key skills:

- Bachelor or Master degree in Architecture is required.
- Minimum 6 to 10 years of architectural experience in Healthcare Facilities Planning.
- License required.
- Proficient in Revit, Microsoft Office, and AutoCAD.
- Possession of a valid motor vehicle operator’s license and willingness to use insured personal vehicle in the courses of employment.

We are currently seeking a motivated, skilful Architect / Project Manager / Engineer with experience in international development to project manage our role in improving health care buildings in Yangon (Rangoon).

Providing leadership and advice in a programme requiring the following experience:

- Technical background in design and construction.

- Contract Administration qualification and experience.

- Effective communicator / educator.
- Burmese language advantageous but not essential.
- Experience working in Myanmar advantageous .
