Senior Architect
19/02/2015Studio Indigo Ltd is a multi-disciplinary architectural and interior design practice specialising in high end residential projects in London and around the world. We are looking for a committed, talented, and experienced Project Architect to work on our residential projects.
We are based in Chelsea overlooking the River Thames.
Basic core requirements are:
- Part III RIBA and ARB registered.
- Experienced in high-end residential refurbishment.
- Excellent communication skills – verbal, written and graphic.
- Excellent design skills, with an eye for detail and the ability to manage the design process - from concept through detailed design to completion.
- Proficient in AutoCAD and Revit and a good knowledge of Sketch Up.
- Sound knowledge of Building and Planning Regulations.
- Good team leader.
- Minimum five years’ experience in a UK architect’s office.
The position is available immediately.
Salary negotiable plus benefits package offered to the right person.

19/02/2015An architectural practice in Central Kuala Lumpur is seeking Part II Architectural Assistant, who is literate in AutoCAD, Sketchup, graphic presentation softwares like Photoshop, Illustrator and Indesign to join our team.
Our workload consists of commercial mixed use and masterplanning schemes, high-end private residential.
Location: KUL, Malaysia
About You:
- Had previous experience of working on commercial mixed use development and high end private residential projects.
- You should have experience in local authority submissions and producing drawings for the Tender and Construction stages.
- You must be familiar with building by-laws, to ensure that the design is in compliance with the regulations.
- Project management skills is essential.
