They are looking for both Intermediate and Senior level Interior Designers to join their growing firm. This person must have a minimum of 4 years experience working on high end hospitality, residential or retail projects.

Must be experienced in all aspects of the project from design presentations, sketches, material boards and FF&E selection.

It is essential that this candidate have excellent communication skills and you must also have the ability to multi-task between different projects.

Prior experience working directly with clients, contractors and vendors necessary.

Award winning International Hospitality design firm is urgently looking for a Lighting Designer to join their fast growing design team. You will have the opportunity to work on fantastic five star hospitality projects, working closely with the Lighting Design Director, and Interior Design team to develop innovative design solutions. You must have excellent conceptual ability, good technical knowledge and be able to handle projects from concept to completion. You’ll be responsible for the production of design drawings, specifications, and presentation materials and have experience coordinating with suppliers and contractors, site visits, and participating in client meetings and presentations.

Requirements:

- Must be fluent in spoken and written English and Mandarin.
- 4 years relevant experience in lighting design, preferably focused in hospitality.
- Must be proficient in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office.
- Knowledge in Photoshop and InDesign, Dialux is an advantage.
- Ability to travel to China for site review, meetings and presentations.
