A reputable and leading Interior Design company is urgently seeking a creative, Senior Interior Designer with a wealth of knowledge in corporate designs. The ideal candidate should be passionate about interior design, focused and well-organized, with a go-to attitude to work within an established team.

Key requirements:

- University / College degree in Interior Design or Architecture.
- ±10 years relevant experience in interior design, with strong experience in corporate fit-out projects.
- Proven experience in producing interior design details (including tender documents, construction drawings, design proposals, and sample boards).
- Proven experience in running projects and liaising with all parties involved (client, consultants, contractors, and suppliers).
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Photoshop, and Sketchup.
- Good command of English and Cantonese; Mandarin is a definite advantage.
- Capable of working independently and also in a team environment.

Interior Design firm seeks Junior Designer; details and minimum requirements as follows: must be highly trained and efficient with AutoCAD 2013. Drawings will include furniture and lighting plans, elevations, and detailed custom furniture drawings.

Other aspects of the position include attending client meetings, taking meeting notes, preparing and tracking orders, proposals and estimates as well as handling delivery and installation of these items. Previous work experience with a residential Interior Design firm preferred.

Proficiency in Photoshop and Microsoft Office programs required; knowledge of Studio Designer a plus.
