Founded in 2004, Brooklyn-based Massim Design Studio is a growing design office focusing on single and multi-family residential architecture and interiors. We work closely with our clients during all project phases, from site selection and pre-design through construction and occupancy. Guided by a belief that our environments can profoundly inform the lives we live within them, we try to challenge conventional notions of space and use to elevate the idea of the home as a machine for living.
Current work includes a range of projects including row-house and single family detached house renovations and additions as well as apartment renovations and combinations throughout New York City, the Tri-state area and beyond.

Qualifications:
- A strong desire to become an integral part of a growing design office.
- Ability to work independently and efficiently.
- 3-5 years of work experience in residential architecture with work experience in all phases of a project, from Pre-Design through Construction Administration and Project Close-out. Pay will be commensurate with experience.
Fluency in Sketchup, Autocad, Photoshop, Illustrator and MS Office (Word and Excel).
- Comfort and facility with hand drawing/sketching and preparing visual presentations.
- Familiarity with NYC building and zoning codes and requirements.
- Highly organized individual.
- BArch or March degree in Architecture or equivalent.
Fluency in English.
- Legal to work in the US without employer sponsorship.
- Availability to start immediately. This is an immediate opening and applicants should live in or around NYC.

Aristotle Design Group, a landscape design firm in Cleveland, OH specializing in residential estates is seeking candidates with at least two years experience. We are looking for a talented project designer to assist with various aspects of project development including master planning, conceptual design, schematic design, design development, construction documents and construction management.
Skills required:
Expertise with AutoCAD or VectorWorks, Adobe Creative Suite and 3D modeling programs such as Sketchup are essential. Candidates should be facile in thinking in three dimensions and possess analog and digital representational skills. Other duties may include assisting in marketing and proposal efforts. Some travel may be required.
Educational requirements:
Candidates should hold one or more MLA, BLA from an accredited program. Consideration also given to B.Arch candidates with an interest/aptitude in landscape design.
