MulvannyG2 is looking for a talented Junior Project Architect to add to our Bellevue office - moving to downtown Seattle in 2015.
Responsibilities:
- CAD Drafting – set up and maintain CD templates; as-built; schematics; CDs.
- Site surveys – short notice travel; site measurements and notes; check for accessible compliance; report to client.
- Permitting – jurisdictional research through application and permit tracking.
- Construction observation – site visits; weekly conference calls; submittal review; RFI review; ASIs and PRs.
- Correspondence with Project Managers for project specific info.
- Assist with budget work planning and proposals.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors of Architecture.
- 5 years architectural experience.
- Strong proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, Adobe Suite, and other design software.
- Experience with retail projects or in retail industry preferred.
- Strong graphic presentation skills.
- Experience with Construction Drawings.
- Technical detailing experience and understanding.
