We are currently seeking a motivated, technically strong Intermediate Architect with excellent Construction Document skills. Candidate should demonstrate capacity to think critically and solve complex problems. Must exhibit understanding of building details, residential space planning, building and accessibility codes.

Responsibilities:

- Develop construction documents for high rise buildings.
- Collaborate with project team.
- Meet with outside consultants and manufacturers as required.
- Candidate must be prepared to work within tight deadlines.

Qualifications:

- B.Arch or M.Arch degree.
- Minimum of three years full-time experience in NYC multi-family housing developments.
- Strong organization, team building and relationship management skills.
- Keen sense of personal responsibility and pride in work.
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Sketch Up, Adobe Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
- Proficiency in Revit is required.
