A vibrant young practice are seeking a creative Workplace Interior Designer to join their London based architectural and interior design team.
Key day-to-day tasks of the Workplace Interior Designer include:
- Running your own projects.
- Liaising and presenting to clients.
- Confident working with budgets.
- Driving concepts from inception to site completion.
- Developing drawing packages and managing projects onto site.
Key attributes of the Workplace Interior Designer include:
- Proficient in AutoCAD.
- 3-5 years experience in interior and architectural design with particular experience of commercial workplace design.
- Proven client management skills and project running ability.
- Good knowledge for materiality and design detail.
- FF&E skills essential.
- Proven ability to work with budgets.
- Self motivated, proactive.
- Collaborative with good interpersonal skills and strong team player.

The ideal candidate for Senior Architect should possess the following skills:
- Must have a minimum of 5-7 years of architectural design and construction experience in the Residential and Institutional sector.
- B. Arch required, M. Arch preferred.
- Experience with construction documents, with a strong emphasis on detailing and construction techniques.
- Ability to develop custom exterior and interior details and adapt standard detail library to bespoke conditions.
- Good knowledge of materials and experience working with vendors and manufacturers.
- Experience working with engineers and coordinating drawing sets.
- Knowledge of building codes and technical standards required.
- Construction Administration experience with direct coordination with contractors and consultants.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Rhino and V-ray for drafting, modeling and rendering. Experience in grasshopper is preferred.
- Skilled at multitasking and working toward multiple deadlines.
- Ability to develop, check and coordinate technical aspects of the project design and construction and follow established standards for project production and review.
- Experience with Revit and BIM.
- Proficiency in Adobe Suite.
