Brocklehurst Architects are an award-winning medium sized practice based in a National Trust village in Buckinghamshire. We are celebrating our 90th year with an expanding and varied workload and are looking to appoint a qualified Architect and a post-Part I Architectural Assistant to become part of our ongoing success.

You should be able to offer the following:
Architect - at least 3 years post-qualification experience with a track-record and enthusiasm for good design and job-running.
Architectural Assistant - Enthusiasm and care for good design and presentation, both visual and verbal.
In both cases AutoCAD, Sketch Up and Photoshop skills are preferred but not essential.

Skills and experience to include:
- Advanced level of AutoCAD, Photoshop and SketchUp.
- Good sketching and visualisation ability.
- Excellent technical skills and attention to details.
- Organised and self-motivated, working under pressure and to deadlines on one or more projects.
- Good understanding of materials and suppliers.
- Excellent communication skills, liaising with clients, contractors, suppliers and team members.
- Ability to communicate design concept with client, construction crew and other industrial professionals.
