For our Hanoi office we are looking with immediate effect for a senior architect (m/f) with at least ten years’ experience in the design and planning (all phases) to support our Frankfurt office with a focus on site supervision & implementation planning. As a project leader you have experience in personnel management and in target-oriented communication with specialist planners and clients.
You are skilled in professional and social matters, have a self-assured manner, are highly proficient with regard to design, and have experience of target-oriented communication with specialist planners and clients. Even under enormous pressure you at all times display a clear focus and are able to conduct several processes at the same time. You deal with projects entrusted to you independently and in a responsible manner. Professional knowledge of AutoCAD and MS-Office is a prerequisite for us.

Job description
We are seeking a Project Architect to contribute to significant healthcare projects. Collaborative and proactive, the ideal professional for this role will take on primary leadership for all phases of the projects and be involved in developing design, as well as technical documentation, to achieve project completion. The candidate will also be involved with client presentations and consultant coordination, fostering strong working relationships with clients and consultants, and be able to mentor and manage the project team. A professional work ethic, as well strong interpersonal and communication skills, is mandatory.
Qualifications
The appropriate candidate will have 7-10 years of experience in Architecture/Interior Design, specifically interior fit-out experience on healthcare projects. A degree in Architecture or Interior Design is mandatory as well as extensive technical and management experience. The candidate should have project-based, practical Revit experience. Licensure and leed ap certification is preferred.
This is a permanent, full-time position with projected total compensation in the $85-$105k range as well as a complete, very competitive benefits package.
